Kaiserliches Postamt
Kaiserliches Postamt
The former imperial post office building is a unique structure dating back to 1900 and is located in the heart of Zehlendorf – very close to Teltower Damm. Thanks to its use as a post office for many years, it is well-known both in the surrounding area and beyond. Key features of the property include its turn-of-the-century façade and its detached position between Teltower Damm and Zehlendorf S-Bahn station.
This location right in the midst of Zehlendorf’s urban centre is highly accessible – the nearby Zehlendorf S-Bahn station provides convenient connections to both Berlin city centre and Potsdam. The town hall and all the essential services for day-to-day requirements are also just around the corner.
Thanks to the addition of two new storeys in the loft, the total rental area has been increased to approx. 2,110 m². This extension work placed particular emphasis on sophisticated furnishings, sustainability, modern technology and lift systems, efficient layouts and robust design.
