Der Gutshof – The estate
COPRO has teamed up with flex-office pioneer St. Oberholz to revitalise the historical Gutshof Woldzegarten site on the Müritz river, transforming it into a campus where living, working, culture, sport and recreation are combined in a new way.
New types of accommodations, micro-working lofts, a wellness area, coworking spaces and dining areas are being created on the estate. The architectural concept for the redesign of the site is the work of Danish architect and furniture designer Sigurd Larsen. Gutshof Woldzegarten will be a public place where both local and urban communities from Berlin and Hamburg can meet.
