Berlin/Potsdam, 19.11.2019 - The real estate developer COPRO hands over the construction project "Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 94" to the Berlin project developer and property developer Glockenweiß GmbH at the end of the year.

The new owner was recently awarded the contract to develop the new creative quarter in Potsdam's city centre. Prior to this, COPRO had already secured the property, in which the restaurant business of the Klosterkeller was connected until 27.09.2018, with important preparatory construction measures.

Glockenweiß GmbH plans to develop the property in Friedrich-Ebert-Straße in connection with the creative quarter and is examining how the property can be integrated into the planned concept with the name "Village". A lively mix of commercial space and residential units is planned for the vacated area of the former monastery cellar.

A continuation of the gastronomic business is not planned at the moment. The hairdresser's shop on the ground floor of the building will be retained.
