COPRO confirms ISO 9001 quality award

The Berlin-based real estate developer has been re-certified to ISO 9001:2015 for excellent quality management.

Quality management (QM) in companies includes all organisational measures that serve to improve process quality, work quality and thus product and service quality. It is COPRO's conviction that an effective quality management system is indispensable in order to bundle the complex requirements of today and lead them to success - which is why COPRO has been committed to this optional optimisation process since 2017.

As an international standard, ISO 9001:2015 is the most important and best-known QM standard and defines the requirements for a quality management system. Every three years, a certification audit takes place on a larger scale, most recently in 2020. COPRO works closely with the German Association for the Certification of Management Systems. The external auditors evaluate internal processes and, through their impulses, drive the constant self-monitoring and systematic further development in the sense of a continuous improvement process. We are now particularly pleased that COPRO again scored excellently in this year's monitoring audit, in which the initiated processes are checked for implementation and effectiveness.

The well-designed work processes help to strengthen customer confidence, optimise structures, improve market opportunities and increase the motivation and satisfaction of the dedicated employees. COPRO's QM system, which is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, specifies exactly who is responsible for which quality-relevant activities and how. This ensures that quality orientation is lived by every employee day after day - as has been COPRO's claim for over 25 years.
